These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the gbaze website at gbaze.vip and all associated services, including live casino games, slots, crash games, and cricket betting (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gbaze ("we", "us", "the Company"). To register and use the gbaze Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gbaze will request documentary proof of age as part of its KYC verification process and may suspend access pending verification.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts are not permitted on gbaze.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of gbaze or any of its associated game providers, and must not be an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from gbaze or any affiliated platform. If you are currently subject to a self-exclusion you must not attempt to register a new account.

gbaze reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified. Where fraudulent eligibility has been established any winnings derived from the account may be forfeited.

Each eligible person may maintain only one account on gbaze. Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your gbaze account.

• You must choose a strong, unique password and must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. gbaze will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• gbaze applies KYC verification to all accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage including prior to processing a withdrawal.
• You must notify gbaze immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. gbaze will take prompt steps to secure the account upon verified notification.
• Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. gbaze will attempt to notify the account holder before any dormancy-related action is taken.

gbaze uses SSL encryption to protect account data in transit and stores data using industry-standard security practices. No online platform can guarantee absolute security; you agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your own credentials.

All financial transactions on gbaze are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbaze supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment accounts used on gbaze must be registered in your own name; third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.

• The minimum deposit amount on gbaze is ৳200. gbaze may apply enhanced verification requirements for large deposits as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

• Funds deposited on gbaze may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same name as the gbaze account. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts will be declined and may trigger an account review.

gbaze reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification or the investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse. gbaze will communicate with the account holder within a reasonable timeframe in such cases.

gbaze offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the Rewards page at the time the offer is made. The general bonus terms in this section apply to all gbaze promotions unless specifically overridden by individual promotion terms.

• The gbaze welcome bonus (currently 100% first deposit match up to ৳20,000) is available to new accounts only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the Rewards page at the time of the offer.
• Only bets placed on eligible game categories contribute to the wagering requirement rollover. Games excluded from wagering contribution will be listed in the specific promotion's terms. Live casino bets typically contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots.
• gbaze reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or using automated software to complete wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated on the Rewards page.

gbaze reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not apply retroactively to bonus funds already credited to player accounts.

All games available on gbaze are operated by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own specific rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

gbaze reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms including providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
• gbaze has reason to suspect the account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age, or identity verification documents are found to be false, forged, or otherwise invalid.
• The account is subject to a court order, legal process, or regulatory instruction requiring gbaze to freeze or close the account.

Where an account is closed due to player breach of these Terms gbaze reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, free spin winnings, and winnings derived from bets placed in violation of these Terms. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player via the original payment method where reasonably practicable.

All content on the gbaze Platform — including but not limited to the gbaze brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the property of gbaze or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any gbaze content without prior written consent of gbaze.

Game titles, artwork, and software provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other third-party providers remain the intellectual property of those respective providers. gbaze is licensed to distribute those games to players on the Platform but does not own the underlying game IP.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law gbaze's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gbaze shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss suffered by a player as a result of their own failure to comply with these Terms including misuse of bonus funds, failure to meet wagering requirements, or use of a payment method not registered in the player's own name.

gbaze reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
